Taxi Driver

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely and efficiently transport passengers to their desired destinations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Ensure that the vehicle is clean and well-maintained
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations
- Collect fares and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist passengers with luggage and other items as needed
- Communicate with dispatch and other drivers to ensure efficient service
- Maintain a positive relationship with passengers and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with the local area and routes
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Excellent driving skills and a strong focus on safety
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to provide the best possible experience for passengers
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a taxi driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate a vehicle in various weather conditions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20-60 per week

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
