Montgomery Ford Kincardine is looking for a career-minded individual to join our Parts team. We’re a motivated group of automotive professionals who take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience in every aspect of our business.

**As the Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting customers on the phone or in-person promptly and in a courteous manner.
- Addressing customer questions and needs professionally.
- Dealing with customer concerns as a first priority.
- Providing customers with personalized service.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
- Strong customer relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Effective Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Solid computer skills
- Strong math skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
- Minimum Grade 12 High School Diploma
- College certificate and/or additional training is considered an asset.
- A fundamental understanding of automotive mechanics.
