Funzilla and Imaginasium Indoor Playgrounds are exciting Playground and family entertainment centres located in Ancaster and Stoney Creek, Ontario. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee daily operations and support staff in maintaining a safe, clean, and exciting environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries professionally.
- Lead and train a dynamic team, ensuring smooth facility operations.
- Assist with opening/closing duties and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Host birthday parties and special events, creating lasting memories for families.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support management with scheduling, reporting, and operational improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role or working with children is preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Must be comfortable standing for long periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a lively, fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 44 per week

- Weekends as needed

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
