**Part-Time Law Firm QBO Bookkeeper and Accounts Payable Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all bookkeeping functions, anonymously
- Perform all client invoicing functions and other accounts receivable tasks
- Pay supplier invoices and manage accounts payable
- Perform all data entry of receipts and client invoices in accounting systems
- Handle payroll and benefits administration
- Provide all required financial reports to the firm owner on a monthly basis and review priorities with the law firm owner

**Qualifications**:

- University/College degree/diploma in Accounting, Business, or similar programs
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience is required - law firm experience is a bonus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Experience with legal accounting software would be an asset - especially Clio Manage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Confident and dependable, with a strong work ethic and initiative
- We need someone who is a great self-starter, who is able to work independently, and most importantly, we are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail and who is trustworthy and highly ethical
