**Responsibilities**:

- Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and any other common areas as required
- Clean vacant suites and other suite touch-ups as required
- Interior and exterior garbage pick-up as required
- Empty garbage/ recycling and replace liners.
- Clean washrooms and replace supplies as needed.
- Clean windows and glass.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
- Report any damage or repairs needed for the equipment to management.
- Fully clean suites after renovations and prior to a move-in
- Report any concerns to the Manager

**Qualifications**:

- One (1) year previous janitorial experience
- Works well in a Team Environment
- Excellent communicator; both verbal and written
- Able to follow a set schedule
- Must have own vehicle and with valid driver’s license
- Motivated and professional with a service-oriented mindset
- Reliable
