**Work Arrangement**:This role is primarily based in the office environment.

**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Director, Ancillary Revenue, the Ancillary Revenue Analyst will drive revenue generation by using data to guide pricing and product decisions for Flair’s ancillary product lines. Ancillary revenue is crucial to Flair’s high load factor and unbundled business model. The Ancillary Revenue Analyst operates within a hybrid work environment, primarily based at our corporate office in Vancouver. Occasional travel may be required to support in-person meetings.

**Primary Job Functions**:
The duties of the **Ancillary Revenue Analyst**include:

- Optimize ancillary revenue pricing through quantitative analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Manage multivariate testing to enhance upsell-maximizing UI/UX design
- Analyze customer shopping behavior and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation
- Develop and maintain reporting on ancillary revenue, identifying successes and recommending improvements in areas of weakness

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- ** Education**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or similar (preferred)
- ** Experience**:

- Minimum two - three (2-3) years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in a low-cost or growing airline is a plus
- ** Skills & Abilities**:

- Demonstrated analytical or data science skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to identify opportunities and challenge the status quo
