As a valuable member of Real Sports, you will be responsible for delivering winning Food & Beverage service to our guests at all times by living our Visions and Values. You will provide friendly service to our guests as their first point of contact - their experience starts with you.
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, displaying welcoming body language and creating a positive first impression.
- Ensure all menus are clean and tidy before the start of each shift.
- Review reservations; update and maintain guest profiles.
- Present and maintain menus.
- Work with the Service Manager to prepare and organize seating plans.
- Seat guests according to the seating plan.
- Communicate any special requests to the team
- Use intuition to predict guest needs and requests
- Create a lasting impression, personalize your farewells
- Maximize the capacity of the dining room by assisting with table re-setting and other duties as the need arises.
- Assist Bussers, Servers, Bartenders, and Managers as needed.
- Adhere to MLSE Service Standards and Policies.
- Follow all MLSE Health & Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Complete side duties and other tasks as assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**:
- Must be available to work 40 hours each week.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be Smart Serve Certified.
- 2+ years of hosting position experience.
- Previous experience in high-volume restaurants.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work well under pressure; handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
