Client Care Representative

Brand Logistics Group Inc, a trusted provider of logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused **Client Care Representative** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering high-quality service to clients.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in preparing and updating client records and documentation.
- Support administrative tasks related to client accounts and logistics processes.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support (logistics industry experience is an asset but not required).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.61-$31.77 per hour
