**A Day on the Job**

We are a team who works together and does a bit of everything As our Floor Manager, you will spend your time doing tasks that include but are not limited to:

- Merchandising
- Scheduling and assisting to customers by appointment
- Opening and closing duties\keyholder
- Completing transactions\processing orders
- Contributing to the buying process and selecting dresses that we carry
- Supporting sales staff while maintaining an organized, efficient and positive overall store atmosphere

**Who You Are**
- Minimum three years in retail management in a dynamic environment
- Maturity in handling emotional situations and a variety of personalities
- Ability to stay cool and professional under pressure
- An astute eye for detail
- Friendly, welcoming, warm, patient and very organized
- Loves fashion and has strong knowledge of silhouettes, fabrics, and industry trends
- Ability to form and manage authentic relationships with our customers, along with their friends and family members
- General computer skills
- Passionate about providing superior customer care and for making customers feel beautiful
- Intuitive understanding of customer needs

**Everyday Essentials**

As a Champagne & Lace Floor Manager you must:

- Be flexible with the ability to work on weekends and evenings
- Be able to commute to our boutique in Abbotsford
