ABOUT THE TEAM-

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in projects and program initiatives as technical SMEs in the areas of desktop computing, automation, configuration and equipment set up, images and software installations, support and productivity tools, monitoring and automated updates.
- Install new software releases and system upgrades, participate in change management and release management planning.
- Plan, test and install system updates and assist in coming up with the annual Operations roadmap for refreshes and upgrades.
- Assist database administrators, programmers, software engineers and network analysts in the deployment and performance analysis of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
- Maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of IT related work experience
- Intermediate configuration/administration skills and in-depth experience in SCCM Current Brach
- Experience in Sharepoint Online administration/development
- Administration/hands-on experience with some/all of the following:

- SCCM
- MDM - InTune/EMS
- ServiceNow
- Office 365/Exchange Online
- Active Directory
- SentinelOne, CarbonBlack (or similar enterprise cloud AV or app whitelisting solutions)
- Hands on experience in some/all of the following:

- OS Imaging/Deployment
- Software/Application packaging
- Script writing (Powershell)
- Database or reporting scripts (SQL)
- Configuration files
- Patch management (Software/Windows Update)
