Material Handler: Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges. Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Reviews customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines. **JOB DUTIES***:

- Receive inbound customer/ vendor returns
- Log all returns, RMA # and tracking # into the system
- Assign skid number and bin location
- Verify physical inventory counts
- Pick return to vendor (RTV) orders and receive material transfers
- Prepare return to stock inventory transfers and Red Tag inventory for re-stocking
- Perform Quality Control on RTV orders
- Pack shipping cartons and palletize product
- Provide Custom's team with dim #'s, # of cartons
- Print packing slip and affix labels and prepare LTL paperwork
- Be able to meet and maintain the departmental productivity standards
- Prioritize the daily workload
- Ensure housekeeping is a daily priority
- Ensure co-worker safety and department security
- Assist in department coverage as required
- Additional duties assigned by management
- Work in a safe manner. Be conscientious at all times, of safety on the job, by adhering to the established health and safety measures and practices of the company. Report workplace hazards and any violations of the relevant legislation of the employer.

**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS***:

- Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous warehouse experience
- Computer knowledge
- Good basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to continually lift up to 50 lbs for long periods of time
- Manual dexterity
- Be a quick learner and be flexible
