**About the Role**:
As a bartender at Shokunin, you’ll be crafting world-class cocktails, delivering top-tier guest experiences, and becoming a vital part of a fast-paced, collaborative team. You’ll work closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless service and unforgettable nights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Expertly craft and serve cocktails and beverages with consistency and flair
- Deliver outstanding service to both bar guests and seated diners
- Maintain a fully stocked, organized, and clean bar at all times
- Perform opening and closing duties to the highest standard
- Collaborate smoothly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team
- Uphold the Shokunin standard of professionalism and hospitality at all times

**What You Bring**
- Proven bartending experience with strong cocktail knowledge
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Calm under pressure in a high-energy setting
- Solid understanding of industry best practices
- Valid **ProServe certification**:

- Wine and sake knowledge is a strong asset
- A team-player mindset and desire to grow within the company
