The Opportunity

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by providing hiring recommendations and market insights- Participate in all aspects of the full-cycle talent acquisition process for multiple roles. Activities include but not limited to:
- Establishing recruitment timelines;-
- Preparing job postings for internal and/or external posts;Conducting telephone interviews;-
- Providing input on appropriate selection tools;-
- Providing feedback on recruitment process and/or results as required;-
- Supporting other recruitment initiatives as required.- Tracking current requisitions and providing reports as needed-
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date and complete data within talent acquisition trackers and personnel records- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation for Canada, US and Europe- Prepare job postings and other recruitment documentation using Microsoft Office, Workday and other recruiting networks such as LinkedIn and Indeed.-
- Maintain human resources information and related record systems in compliance with applicable legislation- Other duties as assigned

Experience- Bilingualism (French and English) an asset- Three to five years of recruitment and selection experience required- Three years of experience in recruiting mid-level management roles- Exceptional organizational and time management skills- Exceptional record-keeping, tracking and reporting skills using software- Strong knowledge of applicable employment legislation in Canada, US and Europe- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing- Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands- Ability to work collaboratively with leaders to keep timelines and processes on track- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment, with conflicting priorities- Knowledge of and exposure to a range of human resources activities and talent acquisition in different industries- Ability to handle sensitive or private information and conversations with tact and discretion- Degree or diploma in Human Resources an asset
