**Job Overview**:
As the Roofing Site Supervisor, you are highly process-driven with strong problem resolution and logístical coordination skills. Working with our Trades on the job sites, collaborating with Safety and the Roofing Manager to oversee construction from installation to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise Roofing crews, preforming QC checks, safety inspections, etc.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Empire crews and builder supervisors
- Ensure schedules are maintained
- Performing final roof inspections and roof finals
- Service work or repairs when necessary
- Ensuring crews have necessary materials onsite
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Supervise and training of trades if necessary
- Provide daily records from jobsite to manager
- Manage, schedule, and supervise sub-trades and field employees to ensure work is planned and performed efficiently while providing excellent service and a top notch finished product
- Maintain a thorough daily report that accurately tracks site progress, events, inspections, and other relevant information
- Demonstrate leadership and ensure that projects are built according to approved construction plans, specifications, design drawings, and applicable codes, and that high-quality standards are maintained
- Always comply with Site Safety requirements
- Communicate openly, honestly, and fairly

**Essential Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
- Multiple years of experience with construction roofing and exterior scopes in new home residential construction.
- Ability to manage Builder expectations, Empire Drywall policies & procedures, and labor force quality of work and timelines.
