**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas, salads, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow proper food handling procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Opening and prep procedures
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a kitchen environment, with some experience in a leadership capacity
- Experience with a wood or gas-fired pizza oven
- Has experience on salad line
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Physically capable of standing, moving, bending, kneeling, and lifting supplies (25+ pounds)
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work on weekends, days, evenings and holidays

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
