**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Front of house Server/ Bartender to join our team.

Follow the steps of service as directed by the Floor Manager, Bar Manager and Floor Supervisor to offer a world class dining experience for all guests you interact with. Assist in the daily running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring that the restaurant service runs smoothly and contribute to an environment that promotes team work.

**Duties**:

- Ensure customers are greeted with a warm welcome, menus are presented, recommendations are made, and questions answered in a professional and knowledgeable manner, regarding food, beverages, and the establishment.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is always provided throughout the customer’s entire experience.
- Take customers’ drink and food orders accurately.
- Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drink orders are accurately fulfilled.
- Ensure food is served to customers in timely fashion and provide with necessary accompaniments and condiments.
- Check that customer has everything they need at pertinent intervals.
- Make necessary drinks, operate the coffee machine and provide the necessary desserts accoutrements.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders and tables efficiently
- Proficiency in POS system and ability to multi task tables, orders, chit edits etc.
- Assist other servers, bartenders, host and other coworkers as necessary when there is downtime, including but not limited to helping with delivery storage, stock control, communicating any 86 or low items to the appropriate coworker, changing kegs, cleaning and other side duties as required.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere until the guests leave the premesis
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced food service environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
