**Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant**

Sanaz Design Inc., a leading luxury interior design firm, is hiring a **highly organized, tech-savvy Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant** to support our projects and day-to-day operations. This is a **full-time, on-site role** (no remote work).

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate between trades and support staging projects
- Assist with proposals, estimates, and project tracking
- Perform light bookkeeping and maintain filing systems
- Support website updates and manage social media platforms

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & AI tools (ChatGPT)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and friendly team player
- Interest in interior design (experience in creative industries an asset)
- Social media management experience preferred

**Details**
- $25/hour
- 25-35 hours per week
- 4-5 days on-site in Toronto

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
