**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children in the program.
- Collaborate with other staff members to enhance program effectiveness and student engagement.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and school personnel regarding student performance and needs.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in early childhood education.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Background or coursework in early childhood education or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for educating young learners.
- Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
