North Built Construction is a well diverse company that has ongoing new home builds, home renovations and commercial service work. Our goal is quality in a timely manner. We are currently looking for lead hand carpenters to help with ongoing projects in Abbotsford and the surrounding area. We are a family run business that prides ourselves on our craftmanship and our team that achieves this.

**Job description**
- must be hard working, self motivated, and show a willingness to learn/take initiative
- have an eye for detail and accuracy
- must be punctual and reliable
- must have a friendly demeanor and be able to work as a team
- must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- must have own transportation to get to work (locations vary throughout lower mainland)
- Read and interpret project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
- Cut, shape, and join materials based on project requirements
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
