You can read more about our Customer Success Stories here. **The Opportunity**: The key objective for TST is to gather all site-information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations in a timely manner and make preparations/take ownership for (larger) projects (install instructions etc). The Technical Services Team position has both field based and desk-based elements to the role. **Key Responsibilities & Duties**: - Conduct accurate customer site surveys. - Produce drawings and Technical Specifications from the site survey using CXP or producing CAD overlays to drawing files provided by the customer. - Liaise with the client throughout this process with any revisions to requirements being actioned in collaboration with the salesperson. - Liaise closely with both the Sales Development Executives (SDE’s), Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Regional Account Managers (RAM’s) and the Back office/Install department. - Customer POC throughout the Survey > Quote process and during installation. - Implement variation orders as required. - Collate relevant information pertinent to the Installation environment. - Inputting data into the company’s CRM & ERP system. - Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required. **Communications and Working Relationships** Your main contacts will include: Internal: - Customer success managers. - Sales Development executives. - Regional Account managers. - New Business Development Managers. - Back Office / Install department. External: - Customers. Scope of Impact - Depending on the maturity and geographic size of their main entity the position may be regionally organised i.e., working within a defined (multiple) geographical areas. Core Business Responsibilities - Ensure that you, your colleagues and any visitors conduct selves with due regard to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, procedures and Safe Systems of Work when on site; - Promote equality and diversity at all times while representing the Company; - Undertake any additional reasonable task instructed by your Line Manager; - Undertake any additional reasonable task instructed by a member of the Executive and Senior Management team; - Adhere to all Company policies. **Knowledge, Skills & Experience (including professional qualifications and memberships)**: Essential: - Ability to understand & interpret site drawings. - CAD proficiency. - Knowledge of Workplace Transport safety. - Experienced in the use of measuring tools (Tape, Wheel, Laser). - Good communication skills & confident dealing with customers and internal colleagues at all levels. - A self-starter with strong time management and organisational skills. - Strong prioritisation skills. - Working knowledge off CRM systems. - IT literate. - Attention to detail.
