**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to understand their hairstyle preferences, lifestyle, and desired look for their appointment.
- Provide expert recommendations on suitable hairstyles, cuts, and colors based on clients' hair type, face shape, and personal style preferences.
- Perform a variety of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, blow-drying, curling, straightening, and updos, to achieve desired looks.
- Stay informed about the latest hairstyle trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative and on-trend services to clients.
- Recommend high-quality hair care products and styling tools to clients to help them maintain their hairstyle between salon visits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sanitizing tools and equipment, and adhering to salon cleanliness standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
- Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser in a salon or spa setting.
- Certification or diploma in Cosmetology or Hairstyling from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in a variety of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, blow-drying, curling, and updos.
- Strong creative skills and an ability to translate clients' vision into beautiful hairstyles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to upholding salon policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments.

Pay: $16.95-$18.42 per hour
