Century Mile Racetrack and Casino is looking for a **Facility Worker 1** to join our team.

**As a Facility Worker, you will**:
**Provide day-to-day Facilities operations**: Installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Century Miles building and property. Keeping the facility in a clean and orderly condition by removing rubbish, snow, street sweeping, lawn care, rug care, power washing, equipment cleaning, walls, and glass cleaning.

**Be a problem solver**. Tackle situations using your analytical ability and critical thinking skills. Be empowered to carry out responsibilities with limited supervision using your strong organizational and time management skills.

**Contribute to authentic team connections**. Develop, maintain and enhance positive relations with all customers and team members.

Other duties as assigned.

**What we need from you**:

- Ability to perform manual tasks involving heavy lifting and dexterity
- Have one (1) or more years of recent and related maintenance or labour experience.
- High School Diploma. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Ability to demonstrate effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.
- Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to follow safe work practices and correct safety concerns.
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
