**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead one of our busiest locations. This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader to make a significant impact in an upbeat and lively setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for a busy restaurant, bar, and nightclub.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, manage costs, and meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create engaging programming that aligns with the venue’s identity.
- Maintain high standards for customer service, product quality, and venue cleanliness.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in the restaurant, bar, or nightclub industry.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including financials, inventory, and staffing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A true team player who thrives on collaboration and bringing out the best in others.
- Passion for music, sports, entertainment, arts, and culture.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
