**Position Summary**

The Endpoint Management Specialist is responsible for the configuration, deployment, security, and maintenance of endpoint devices across the organization. This includes supporting consistent device lifecycle processes, managing software deployment and patching, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
- **This role will also contribute to Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation activities by assisting with endpoint reconfiguration and supporting a smooth transition for users. The position is well-suited for a technically skilled individual who enjoys hands-on work and collaborating across teams.**_

**Responsibilities**

**Endpoint Management & Provisioning**
- Configure and manage Windows, macOS, and mobile devices using **Microsoft Intune and related Microsoft 365 tools.**:

- Support **device provisioning**, **deployment**, and de-provisioning workflows.
- Maintain **standardized endpoint configurations** and **enforce compliance policies**.

**Microsoft 365 Tenant Consolidation**
- **Assist with endpoint migration tasks during tenant-to-tenant transitions**.
- **Support device re-enrollment, compliance alignment, and post-migration validation**.
- **Coordinate with infrastructure, identity, and security teams to execute changes effectively**.

**Scripting & Automation**
- Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to support system tasks and endpoint automation.
- **Automate routine processes and support consistency in device configurations**.
- Document and maintain scripting standards and workflows.

**Software Deployment & Patch Management**
- Implement and manage automated software deployment and patch schedules.
- Use tools such as SCCM, Intune, JAMF, and ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus.
- Monitor patch compliance and troubleshoot deployment issues.

**Endpoint Security & Compliance**
- Ensure endpoint configurations align with corporate security requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities through patching and configuration.
- Manage antivirus and endpoint protection platforms across device types.

**Troubleshooting & Support**
- **Respond to and resolve advanced endpoint-related incidents**.
- **Work with support teams to resolve deployment, patching, and configuration issues**.
- **Contribute to incident root cause analysis and document remediation steps**.

**Reporting & Documentation**
- Produce regular reports on endpoint health, patch compliance, and software deployment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

**Collaboration & Process Improvement**
- Participate in team initiatives to enhance endpoint management practices.
- Stay informed on emerging tools, features, and best practices in device management.

**Qualifications**

**Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to the position.
- **User productivity and experience** through modern tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- **Endpoint management** (Intune, Autopilot, MDM).
- **Collaboration platforms** (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer).
- **Zero Trust and secure access** (Conditional Access, MFA, SSO).
- **Automation and self-service tools**.
- **Cloud-first strategies** and remote work enablement.
- **Strong troubleshooting** and communication skills.

**Preferred**
- Experience managing macOS and mobile devices via JAMF or other MDM platforms.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity practices related to endpoint management.
