**Your Role**:
- Address Store Order concerns as assigned to the team in a timely and efficient manner
- Support business needs raised by Category Teams, Replenishment Analysts and Operations, including:
- Creation of Purchase Orders
- Purchase Order revisions, such as deletions, additions and changes
- Generating warehouse requisitions to quickly move product to store
- Reporting to aid team and internal partners in decision making.
- Facilitate new business opportunities with the creation of vendor profiles into our merchandise and financial system; and
- Other duties as assigned
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- General office experience required;
- Strong alpha-numeric keyboarding skills;
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Proven organizational, planning and prioritizing skills with the ability to adhere to strict timelines;
- Must be detail conscious while maintaining a high degree of accuracy;
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills; and
- Knowledge of Retek and Access is an asset.
