**Responsibilities**:

- Research and create top-flight industry-leading conference agendas
- Demonstrated ability to secure C-Suite speakers
- Perform ongoing competitive analysis on events that could have an impact our conferences, or may allow us to tap into an untapped opportunity
- Create briefs for sales and marketing
- Conference production experience in the following industries: Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, Financial Services, Big Data and HR is a plus

**Essential Skills, Traits and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Previous conference production experience with a large conference company is a must
- Proven ability to recruit high level and hard-to-reach speakers
- Able to meet tight deadlines while working independently
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate concepts to a diverse audience
- Excellent time management skill
