About the position:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator will be adhering to all Bibico Electric Inc’s General Policies and Standard Operating Procedures as well as responsible for assisting with and performing various office administration functions. The role of the Office Administrator is to provide support to Bibico Electric’s Project Managers, by assisting with the administrative, and logístical aspects of the business. The Project Administrator will be a dynamic individual who has strengths in attention to detail, organization, communication, and working with her/his team to ensure successful company performance. This role will appeal to a confident, self-starter professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical mind-set, leadership skills and drive to achieve results in a multifaceted and fast-paced business model.

In this role, the Office Administrator will be responsible for (non-exhaustive list):

- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Help organize staff and customer functions
- Receive and sort daily mail
- Maintain office supplies
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, reporting, etc.
- Provide support with A/R and A/P reconciliation
- Provide support to BIBICO store on an as needed basis (Billing, Purchasing, Inventory)
- Support projects team as required

**Salary**: $42,669.85-$50,324.76 per year
