**Title: Skilled** **Metal Cladding Installers and General Labourers**

Plazo Construction Corporation is presently accepting resumes for Metal Cladding Installers position.

**Responsibilities**:
Installation of metal cladding systems such as typical metal siding, metal roofing, aluminum panels, ACM panels, fiber cement, wood composite, standing seam systems and more.

Cladding Installer is expected the following:

- Install air and Vapour Barriers using rollers.
- Install Flashings
- Measure, cut and install sub girts
- Install Thermal Clips and Insulation
- Ability to measure and properly layout panels using string lines, measuring tapes, laser levels, and other required tools.
- Operation of manual and power operated tools to cut, bend, drill, measure, fasten panels and light gauge metal materials.
- Read blueprints or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
- Load and unload material to and from site

Able to push/pull (up to 50lbs), Heavy Lifting (up to 50lbs), Able to work at heights, Must be willing to work out of town, operate lifts..

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Cladding industry. (Minimum 3 years)
- Good understanding of building systems, components, and construction processes.
- Deep knowledge of Cladding Systems.
- Have good oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Must have good time management, multitasking and stress management skills.

**Salary**: Salary is negotiable depending on the proven experience and knowledge you can bring to the business.
