Graytek Solutions is Western Canada’s design-first smart home integrator. We deliver beautifully integrated audio/video, networking, security, shading, and automation systems in some of the region’s most architecturally significant homes. As our projects grow, our warehouse is the heartbeat that keeps field teams moving—accurate, organized, on time.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll own the flow of gear into, through, and out of our Coquitlam facility so project teams always have the right parts, staged and ready. Typical responsibilities include:

- Receiving, inspecting, and logging inbound shipments; verifying counts against purchase orders and flagging discrepancies
- Labelling, binning, and shelving inventory with care
- Picking, kitting, and staging project materials; building job totes with documentation and consumables
- Preparing outbound shipments and coordinating site deliveries; assisting with loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse; managing recycling, e-waste, and returns (RMAs)
- Performing cycle counts and supporting quarterly inventory to keep stock levels accurate
- Assembling basic hardware (racks, shelves, mounts) and pre-staging equipment for the bench team
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Buyers, and Technicians on backorders, substitutions, and timelines
- Assisting with fleet, tools, and loaner equipment check-in/out and condition tracking
- Represent Graytek in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Be willing to perform a variety of tasks, some of which may fall out of the “window” of this job description.

You don’t need years of experience. If you bring the right attitude, enthusiasm, and work ethic, we’ll help you build the rest through our Graytek Training Academy (GTA) with hands-on training, and on-the-job mentorship.

**You’ll be a great fit if you**:

- Have 1+ year in a warehouse, logistics, or parts role (construction or technology environment is an asset)
- Are organised, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly with a team-first mindset
- Are comfortable lifting up to 23 kg (50 lb) and being on your feet throughout the day
- Are familiar with shipping software, labels, and basic spreadsheets
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and clean abstract; can operate company vehicles
