We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and proactive Property/Facility Manager for our Annacis Lock-Up Self Storage facility centrally located on Annacis Island, on the Delta/New Westminster border, in the greater Vancouver Area (GVRD).

The Property/Facility Manager must have excellent leadership and team building skills and the ability to inspire, coach and support their team. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and clean, well maintained, and professional looking storage facility. The position will focus on ensuring the daily maintenance tasks are completed, arranging required annual site maintenance inspections, oversee 3rd party trades when on site, and address any maintenance emergencies as they arise. You will also be responsible for the site security, phone, computer, and surveillance systems; addressing issues and ensuring they continue to function accurately. You will work closely with the Store Manager, and together will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day business operation. You will also support maximizing locker and outside storage revenues, minimizing delinquencies, ensuring exceptional customer service, and growing referral business.

This is a full time, five days a week position. The selected individual will be required to work an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday (7am to 3pm), and possibly weekends as needed. There is some scheduling flexibility. Our office is open from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm on Saturdays, and 9:00 am to 5:00pm on Sundays. We are open year-round except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

**Salary**: From $27.00 per hour
