- Rekey, repair and service mechanical, electronic and high security locks.
- Answer phone calls
- Maintaining shop which includes garbage’s, sweeping, mopping, general tidying, etc.
- Inventory control which includes maintaining stock and putting away orders
- Repair and service all door hardware (door closers, panic bars, door operators and more).
- Using knowledge of product, provide customers with the best security solution for their needs.
- Create and maintain Master key systems.
- Duplicate keys.

Job Description: Road technician
- Service commercial, residential and industrial sites.
- Install, repair, service and rekey mechanical, electronic and high security locks.
- Install, repair and service all door hardware (door closers, panic bars, door operators and more).
- Install doors, door frames, sweeps, weather stripping, threshold, hinges and more.
- Using knowledge of product, provide customers with the best security solution for their needs.
- Create and maintain Master key systems.
- Duplicate keys.
- Key impression.
- Duplicate vehicle keys and remotes.
- Maintain customer confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to problem solve on their own with excellent customer service.
- Must have great communication skills and excel alone and in a team environment.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoor in all weather conditions.
- Must have reliable vehicle to and from our shop with a G class drivers license.
- Knowledge of low voltage wiring is an asset.
- Experience is not necessary; we are willing to train if you are eager to learn.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
