**Responsibilities**:
1. **Prospecting**:

- Conduct door-to-door visits in assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers.
- Initiate conversations with residents, presenting our products/services, and addressing any inquiries.

- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
- Customize sales pitches based on individual customer needs and preferences.

3. **Sales Closing**:

- Employ strong closing techniques to secure new contracts and agreements.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

4. **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any post-sale inquiries or concerns.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Accurately document sales activities, customer interactions, and contract details.
- Submit regular reports on sales progress and achievements.

**Requirements**:
1. **Sales Experience**:

- Proven success in a sales role, preferably with experience in door-to-door sales.

2. **Self-Motivation**:

- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a commission-based environment.

3. **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.

4. **Negotiation Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.

5. **Results-Driven**:

- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Compensation**:

- No base salary; compensation is commission-based.
- $500 commission for every successfully secured contract.

**Note**: This position involves regular outdoor activities and requires a self-motivated individual comfortable working in various weather conditions.
