We are a seasoned team of great people who are geared up for success. We need a hands-on Natural Body Care & Supplements Customer Service and Merchandiser who excels at salesmanship and inventory control, communicates well with customers, co-workers and suppliers, is very organized and understands the independent retail market.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Responsible for receiving product merchandising product and driving department sales
- Operate cash register to accept debit/credit and cash payments
- Uphold the values of exemplary customer service
- Great customer service skills are a must
- Work in a team atmosphere as well as independently
- Liaison with the manager about daily duties and task
- Must be able to multitask and display high attention to detail
- Develop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving great customer service
- Learn and become proficient with a leading Point of Sale software program
- Create and maintain store merchandising presentations to company standards
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, inventory, and related retail duties
- **Your Qualifications**:

- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Retail experience an asset
- Must be reliable, and punctual
- A positive team player
- Able to work a retail schedule including weekends and evenings
- Experience opening and closing a retail store
- Ability to prioritize and multi task both short term and long term goals
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook and Point of Sale software programs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- merchandising: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
