**About the role**:
**Job Title**: CRM Analytics Assistant

**Reports To**:CRM Analytics Manager

**Accountable For**:Support with the ongoing optimisation of schuh’s CRM and loyalty analytics, insight and reporting. Work alongside the CRM team and other business teams to provide performance and data and customer analytics. Work with the CRM tools to ensure accuracy and identify and implement enhancements.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Understand team targets and deliver regular CRM & loyalty performance reporting
- Support with CRM and loyalty database, campaign and project reporting
- Support CRM Analytics Manager and wider business with actionable CRM insights
- Ensure accuracy of CRM data and reporting
- Support with CRM system data structure and documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve database problems
- Support store location based analytics using specialist tools (training provided)
- Gain a deep understanding of schuh’s customers and associated segments
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices to continually improve own skill and CRM function
- Contribute to CRM & loyalty strategy and ideation
- Assist with communications to wider business
- Support with Google Analytics and internal CRM system reporting when required
