**Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.**

The **Food & Beverage Attendant **provides customer service for the Lodge quick service areas, including NORTHWOODS PIZZA, BEAR CLAW CAFE, CANOE COFFEE & BUCKETS INCREDIBLE CRAVEABLES. The attendant will process orders and payments; cook food items; maintain readiness and serving area.

Morning and afternoon/evening shifts available, must be available weekends and holidays.

Smart Serve certified or willing to get if 18 years+

**Primary Duties**
- Excellent customer service
- Cashier duties - room charges and debit/credit card
- Completes orders by selecting food items from serving or storage areas; placing on tray or takeout bag; serving hot and cold beverages.
- Food preparation and assisting the kitchen; operating and not limited to; a fryer, grill, oven, blender
- Cooks food items as per specifications and guest order.
- Keeps supplies ready by inventorying serving area and replenishing as needed.
- Complies with food-handling, sanitation and workplace regulations.
- Willingness to accept the most effective role by adjusting readily to changing priorities.

- Must be Smart Serve certified if age 18 or older.
- Food Safe certified an asset.

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 30 lbs., stand and/or walk for long periods, work in a hot, humid environment.
