**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist customers with rentals, merchant purchases and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and timely
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry and maintaining detailed customer interactions for U-haul and CWSS
- Available for minimum 1-2 days during the week with alternating weekend shifts
- Class 5 driver's license
- Can work outside and inside the office
- Proficient in English speaking and writting
- Computer and smart phone skills an asset

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with phone, computer and clerical duties is essential for success in this position
- Strong typing skills to ensure efficient data entry and communication.
- Ability to work independently
