We have **Full Time** and **Part Time opportunitie**s (Afternoon shift/ Evening shifts/ weekends shifts) in North Wellington, Mount Forest, Palmerston and Clifford.**
- You will be the responsible for the day-day management of the client care plans.
- You will be responsible for queuing client medications.
- You have a passion for making connections and being able to build relationships and rapport with the clients you work with.
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under mínimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You have a safety first mindset and understand the importance of ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your clients.
**Skills needed for success**:
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- You are highly organized and excel at managing your schedule.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are currently certified as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
