**Job Title: Junior Administrator - Property Maintenance & Condominium Management**
**Location**: 2948 Lakefield Rd. Selwyn ON
**Job Type**: Full-time/Permanent In-Office - 37.5hrs per week
**Reports To**: Senior Property Manager
**Wage Range**:$18-20 per hour
**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused **Junior Administrator** to join our team in the property maintenance and condominium management industry. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The Junior Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of our office, assist property managers, and serve as a friendly, helpful point of contact for condo owners, board members, and service providers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Track and coordinate maintenance requests and service calls, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for property records, service logs, meeting minutes, and correspondence
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of notices, reports, meeting agendas, and condo board packages
- Support the scheduling of site visits, inspections, and vendor appointments
- Input data and update records in property management software and internal databases
- Monitor and reorder office and maintenance supplies as needed
- Collaborate with property managers and contractors to support administrative needs across multiple properties
- Take initiative and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (property or condo management experience is an asset but not required)
- Outstanding **customer service and communication skills**—both written and verbal
- Strong **organizational skills** and **attention to detail**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management software (e.g. Shiftsuite) is a plus
- Ability to **multi-task and prioritize** in a deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to **learn, adapt, and grow** in the role
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a high level of professionalism and discretion
