MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a **Journeyman Plumber**to join our dynamic field construction team. This is a full-time, field-based role and involves working on site installations, renovations, and construction projects.

**What You'll Do**:
As part of our Plumbing Team, you will:

- Interpret blueprints and follow industry codes
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.)
- Plan for efficient use of apprentices and foresee material requirements
- Lead and mentor apprentices when required; lead hand or foreman experience is an asset
- Troubleshoot and repair boilers, furnaces, and hydronic systems
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to prevent and resolve interferences
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to on-site changes
- Follow all safety protocols, codes, and company policies

**What We're Looking For**:

- Journeyman: Red Seal Plumbing and Gas Certification (required)
- 3-4 years of plumbing service experience preferred (commercial or mixed sector)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Agricultural and rural service experience, and HVAC experience, are considered assets
- Willingness to travel as needed for site requirements
- Familiarity with Alberta plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Knowledge of MiLo products and terminology (we’ll help you get up to speed)

**Bonus Assets (not required to apply)**:
WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Protection, MEWP/Aerial Work Platform, and First Aid

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
