**Position Description**

Estimators are responsible for the sale of demolition services to a variety of clients in the Edmonton Area. Accountable to the Sr. Estimator, Estimators are expected to achieve yearly sales of 10 times their annual salary, at minimum. Estimators are expected to continuously network, and generate new relationships on behalf of Downright Demolition Ltd.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Continuously improve customer relations and the image of Downright Demolition Ltd. in the eyes of consumers
- Forge new relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Achieve sales 10x annual salary

Estimators are accountable to the General Manager for the following tasks, including but not limited to:

- Sale of demolition services to new and existing clients of all sizes
- Responsible and accurate quotation of demolition services to all clients
- Clear and consistent communication to project management upon awarding of contract regarding specific tasks to be complete
- Clear communication in working with administrative staff for the provision of quotations to clients
- Completing site walkthroughs at the finalization of the project with the client to address any issues and fill out a performance survey
- Consistently follow up with clients in need of demolition services
- Communication with marketing staff for future budget allocation
- Sales 10x annual salary
- Attendance of one networking event or taking one client for lunch per week minimum

- Safety - All paperwork turned in and accident free recognition in company new letter and $25.00 Visa card ( quarterly)
- Two years of employment - personal development course of their choice up too $500.00
- Five years of employment - Personal development course of their choice up too $1000.00
- Ten years Of employment - travel voucher $1500.00

**Team Goals**:

- 500- Google five star reviews: team shopping spree. A % of profit will be divided equally among all team members. That amount will relate to the time allowed to shop
- 1000- Google five star reviews: dinner and movie as a group with family or event out could be rec room etc
