We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Program Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) business, a federal government funded program focused exclusively on funding solutions for small and medium Canadian businesses
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients participating CDAP, fostering positive relationships based on effective communication and support.
- Work closely with clients to understand the nature and scope of their digital adoption needs.
- Collaborate with internal CDAP advisor, technical experts, and project managers to gather supplementary insights and information to enhance the quality of Digital Adoption Plan.
- Review collected documentation for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with CDAP guidelines, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements to clients.
- Stay informed about changes in CDAP program guidelines, regulations, and industry trends to offer accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, technology, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in project coordination, documentation management, or a similar role, ideally in the context of government funding programs or technology adoption initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
- Problem-solving abilities to identify potential challenges and proactively seek solutions.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
