The International Institute of Aesthetic Medicine is MSP’s training and development centre dedicated to providing comprehensive education to medical professionals looking to begin or advance their career in Medical
Aesthetics. Our training portfolio includes facial injectables, body contouring, sclerotherapy, laser therapy and more.
Our mission is to provide students with forward thinking, hands-on education, graduation opportunities, and a continued coaching, all with a hospitable touch.
We are expanding rapidly through campus openings, new program development and vendor partnerships. We are looking to hire a program coordinator able to support the student demand and are eager to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with planning and coordination of programs and their activities
- Manage marketing and communications (media relations, social media)
- Assist in the development of new programs through training material development
- Investigate potential students to evaluate their needs
- Understand and promote educational programs while handling objections through in-depth program knowledge
- Maintaining student records. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new registrations for all programs offered
- Answering patient questions about treatments, prices, and schedule availability
- Scheduling and confirming model patient appointments
- Manage the patient experience by taking before/after photos, escorting patients to exam rooms and explaining treatment procedures
- Maintain medical inventory by ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
- Work with vendors to schedule deliveries and speaker opportunities
**Experience**
- This job requires 3 - 5 years of work in a program coordinator role
- Business development and sales experience is preferred
- Social media marketing experience is an asset
- Experience working in a medical spa/clinic is an asset
- Experience working with CRM software, accounting software, scheduling software
- Experience working with a LMS is an asset
**Soft Skills**

- Have up-to-date knowledge in aesthetic medicine techniques, technologies, and industry news

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Barrie, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
