Analyst, Regional Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Analyst, Regional Finance to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for our operations across the region. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions and ensuring financial goals are met in alignment with broader corporate strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the region.
- Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability by country/business unit.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and explain variances.
- Monthly closing including journal entries (primarily job cost entries).
- Job cost reviews, reviews of job performance and lump sum reviews.
- Perform other accounting and finance duties as needed.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and manage regional budgets.
- Drive rolling forecasts and scenario planning based on market and operational inputs.
- Business Partnering
- Act as a financial advisor to cross-functional teams, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support decision-making on regional investments, pricing, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
- Data Management & Systems
- Utilize ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) to gather and analyze data.
- Help streamline finance processes and improve reporting efficiencies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a multinational corporation
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a regional/global finance team
