**Who are we and what do we do?**

RFDM Solutions is a boutique technology consulting firm based in downtown Victoria. We create cutting edge websites, digital marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. In shortest terms, we spend our days solving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2C ecommerce, non-profit, technologies, cybersecurity and venture capital.

We are a full stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application development.

**What’s the offer?**

The role is a fully remote (if preferred) full-time, Mon-Fri, based on a standard 7.5-hour workday. The compensation offered will be based on your skills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended heath plan, sick days and three weeks paid vacation to start.
