Through our BeyondFair program and our micro-financing program we are working towards ending predatory lending for coffee farmers and opening new markets to lift coffee farmers from the systemic unfairness that keeps them shackled to their current circumstances.

**Your goals**:

- To ensure a great customer experience through all channels
- Provide all new and existing clients with products and services in a timely manner
- Problem solve any arising problems for current clients
- Ensure professional documentation and processes description for all tasks

**Your responsibilities**:

- Work closely with internal team members to ensure seamless service to our clients.
- Prepare and present customized solutions to meet the needs of each client situation
- Follow-up with established clients to ensure expectations are met/exceeded

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
