Le Gestionnaire de Comptes est la pièce maîtresse de valeur pour nos opérateurs de premier niveau chez Light & Wonder. - The role is to help gain the best value and service for our operators from Light & Wonder's OGS Platform._ - We need a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support our customers’ creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies on the OGS platform, including our back and front-end services, promotional tools, jackpot service, plus many other core products across our platform._ - This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ to Light & Wonder._ - The TAM will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and deliver solutions using best practices, and proactively keep our customers OGS integration operationally healthy._ - The close relationships developed with our operators will allow you to understand their_ - business/operational_ - needs and technical challenges and help them achieve the greatest value from OGS. The TAM is the centerpiece of value to our Tier one operators at Light & Wonder._ **Qualifications**: Qualifications: - 3 ans et plus d'expérience en ingénierie technique. - Baccalauréat en informatique, en mathématiques ou dans une discipline connexe, ou 5 ans d'expérience de travail équivalente. - Entreprise interne ou expérience client externe en tant que responsable technique. - Compétences professionnelles en communication orale et écrite, présentation devant un public comprenant un ou plusieurs décideurs. Atouts: - Expérience dans l'industrie du iGaming. - Capacité à gérer, inspirer et motiver une équipe vers de grandes objectifs. - Engagement envers l'excellence ; grâce à l'amélioration continue des processus. Qualifications: - _ 3+ years of technical engineering experience._ - _ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline required, or 5 years of equivalent work experience._ - _ Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead._ - _ Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision maker(s)._ - Nice to Haves_ - _ iGaming industry experience._ - _ Ability to manage, inspire, and motivate a team towards big goals._ - _ Commitment to Excellence; through continuous process improvement._ Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
