**About Us**

C-POLAR Innovations transforms media into high-performance solutions that capture and eradicate pathogens and wildfire smoke using our patented NanoFlashing technology. We are growing quickly and need a hands-on creative operator who can transform ideas into high-quality visuals and content under time pressure.

**The Role**

You’ll play a key role in turning concepts, technical data, and direction into compelling visuals, videos, and collateral. This role is execution-heavy, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives on visual storytelling, rapid design cycles, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate creative output.

**What You'll Do**

**Creative Production**
- Transform technical ideas into clear, polished visuals (charts, diagrams, infographics).
- Design brochures, one-pagers, sales decks, and trade show assets.
- Produce/edit 15-45s vertical videos for social (CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or AI tools like Runway, Pika, Luma, Veo3).
- Create carousels, ads, and social graphics (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Update visuals, banners, and promotional graphics.

**Marketing & Campaign Support**
- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Maintain UTMs, support GA4 reporting, and update dashboards.
- Help package content for product launches, partner campaigns, and client proposals.
- Support scheduling and posting on social channels.

**Sales & Cross-Functional Support**
- Provide creative support for proposals, pitch decks, and partner materials.
- Collaborate with your supervisor and other departments to keep messaging aligned.
- Deliver assets at high quality under tight deadlines.

**Required**:

- Based in Vancouver with a valid work permit or legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
- Video editing and motion basics (e.g. CapCut, Descript, Premiere).
- Hands-on with AI creative tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Luma, MidJourney, Heygen, etc.).
- Strong eye for branding, typography, and clarity.
- Be willing to take on ad hoc duties to support the C-POLAR team.

**Nice to have**:

- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Looker Studio.
- Experience in B2B, HVAC, healthtech, or clean tech.
- Photography, UGC direction, or trade show experience.

**Work Environment**
- Onsite, Monday-Friday in North Vancouver.
- Fast feedback loops, weekly reviews, rapid iteration.
- Campaign cycles may require evening/weekend work (no separate OT).
