- What You'll Do:

- Promote/support superior customer relations and provide customers with the “Ultimate Shopping Experience”
- Be accountable for achieving sales and P&L targets store shrink food waste programs
- Work with colleagues & management team to improve productivity, engagement and retention
- Be committed to maintaining merchandising and operational standards
- Monitor the competitive environment in our market and propose unique responses
- Provide input to the Department Manager to help shape business unit strategy based on driven focus to help shape our store to provide the best customer experience based on our market.
- Build sustainable, long-term relationships with the store staff & our community
- Be constantly on the lookout for great talent to join our team
- What You'll Need:

- Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty
- The ability to lead, coach and motivate colleagues & management team
- Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results
- A commitment to delivering consistent results, everyday
- Five (5) years management experience in a retail or Grocery environment
- A true passion for retail management & personal growth within the No frills banner
