Toronto, Canada Spin Master Full time

**What will you work on?**
- 1) _Working alongside a dynamic team of Consumer Care Specialists, this role will assist with delivering engaging consumer experiences and satisfaction through numerous capacities _
- 3) _Manage all customer service inquiries on social media (including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Helpshift) and respond to all critical online reviews/questions (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Google Play/App Store)_
- 4) _Process replacement orders, quality assurance pickups, and mail out shipments (physically and remotely) via Canada Post and UPS in a timely and accurate manner while providing tracking updates, inventory statuses, and other order-related requests_
- 5) _Reporting to a Supervisor, this position is ideal for motivated self-starters and critical, outside-the-box thinkers with previous customer service experience who will have opportunities to develop and positively impact overall consumer experience and satisfaction_

- _Strong relationship building skills with end-consumers and external departments_
- _Excellent negotiation and de-escalating skills _
- _Strong active listening, comprehension and presentation skills_

Pay: From $41,800.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Social media: 1 year (preferred)
- SAP: 1 year (preferred)
- Oracle: 1 year (preferred)
