**Job Summary**

Opening and closing of Restaurant and Lounge.

Inventory management and ordering.

Staff training and management

Expediting servers and food runners

Server cashouts and cash balancing

Assist with back of the house supervision

Ensure restaurant is meeting high food safe standards

Ensure customer satisfaction and exemplary service

Lead a health and safety committee

**Job Type / Category**

Shifts include days, evenings, late nights.

Required availability weekends and holidays

Full time position

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Must have restaurant management experience.

Must have or be eligible to complete smart choices certification and Food safety level 1

Must be customer service driven.
